Maybe updating my blog isn’t so hard after all…. hmmm….

people who feel everyone needs to know what they hate?

When people are wayyy too into facebook. Seriously, look at this picture.

Look at the red area, that person spent 4 hours on facebook today! Well, she probably could of been on and off, but all they were doing was playing with the applications. I don’t really see a point to most of the applications, all they do is keep you on the computer more, and who needs that right?

…I don’t know where I’m going with this post, but I’m going to end it here.

PS.I got a new bike!! :D

I updated my splash! fweeeet

….It’s probably the most I’ve done with this site in the whole last year…

in my life. Yeap, I havent actually blogged in a while, so I just might aswell make a list.

1. Job
I got a job at a grocery store, I’m not going to be specific because I like giving my stalkers a challenge (ha!). It’s OK working there, a lot of the people are nice, although a lot of them cuss way too much. That’s ok though, I just have to get used to it. ;) So I finally have a source of money, so I’m going to be buying sooo many things, for example clothes, technology (wii!), and other things like that.

I swear I had more things to write about… oh yeah

2. Maple Story
I started playing this again recently, having stopped playing a few months ago cause I got into world craft (which I quit because it was SOOOO boring!). Yeah so… I got to level 41 so far, which is SO much game time it’s rediculous. That game is so slow paced I don’t know how people make it to high levels like level 80.
It’s actually kind of amusing, cause until recently there was this group of brats on my server who would constantly spam the chat window with paid shouts. (You pay $1.20 usd for each line you shout to the whole server). Some of these kids would post like 10 lines a day, it’s like they had no sense of how much things cost. A lot of these guys were racist and descriminating, the most annoying one was said: “I know there’s starving kids in Africa and I could be putting this money to better use, but I just don’t care. <3 Mardia” There’s $2.40 down the drain for telling 1000 people (I’m on the newest server) that you’re a heartless jerk. Mardia

3. Babies
I’m pregnant!!! :D

lies. (it’s impossible too)
Actual 3. Sister
My sister’s life is so interesting at the moment. She just graduated from University at the beginning of May and I’m so happy for her. She got her degree in fine arts, and this next year she’s doing an internship at an art place in downtown Toronto, and she’s living with her best friend on lakeshore. Sooo fwweeeeet (^^ AYSAWN).
Sad thing happened recently, she bought a new bike after she graduated, and she doesn’t make much money cause she’s an art student, so this was a big deal. She bought the perfect bike (I’m jelous of it) and she used it so much, but it got stolen outside her work. Totally blows :(

4. People
There’s a new girl that hangs out with the group I’m assosiated with (the group is full of people, but only around 3 of the people in the whole group I consider friends, rest are aquaintences I get along with) who me and another friend in the group are pretty sure has a crush on me. Yeaaah….. no more about that…. :/

Ahh I’m all blogged out.
(I need to get in better blogging shape)

JOYCEEEEE D: COME BACK TO THE INTERNET. INTERNET <3 + MISS YOU!

I love music. I think it has to be one of the best things on this planet because you can do so much with it. But you can do that with almost any other form of art.
So guess what happened recently? My iPod broke. :@ Well not totally broken, but the headphone jack is pttthhbbtthh aka only one ear works when you plug in headphones. No music for me.
At the beginning I was thinking my headphones were broken and I was totally bummed out because they were a birthday present. So two nights ago I plug my ancient headphones into my iPod and only one ear works. I was slightly relieved that my headphones were working, but sad that I have to get my iPod fixed. Luckily Talis is gunna lend me her shuffle until I fix em up. :D
About a month ago I realized I like techno music, but only some of it. Any techno that has excessive use of high beeps I can’t stand, but I think the perfect techno album is ‘Rez: A Gamers Guide to’. It’s from the (possibly best) game (ever) Rez, which is a music shooter. Sounds weird doesn’t it! :D Here’s a link:
http://video.google.ca/videoplay?docid=6269339219106862982&q=Rez+level
It’s not the best video, but all the good ones were deleted off youtube. D:
So yeah… if you know the sources, download the album. If you have a dreamcast, download the game, you won’t be disappointed. :D

I had a dream last night involving an old friend, who I’m not really friends with anymore. So, the dream wasn’t really anything interesting. It was actually just an msn conversation window. It popped up, and it said something like “So it looks like you have given up on me as a friend, havent you.” It was from Jordan. I replied “Well it’s not like it’s worked out for the past 2 years.” and it just went on like that. Deep down I think it was a conversation with God, that maybe I should try and be friends with Jordan again, cause we used to be really close. I’m not sure.

I changed my theme again… hopefully this one won’t dissapoint me in any way… :/
Joy, please wake up from the dead and tell me you’re alive. :(

I’m going to blog about what every blogger wants to blog about.

Their frustrations.

“Dear Blog Readers (the 2 of them),

I am frustrated. I hate life lolololol

Love Tom
PS. insert snappy line to make people smile awkwardly.

After writing that full hearted letter to the world, I realized that I don’t want to blog about frustration, because I would rather try to solve my frustrations, rather than crying to the world that my life is slightly below my peers, yet disregarding the fact that my life is awesome because I don’t have to worry about problems like food or war.

I’m going to tell you what I am going to do this easter weekend.

I’m going to a Youth Conferance. Youth in this term, means youth groups, youth groups as in church youth groups. Yeaap. For three days I’m going to be in downtown Toronto, with thousands of other youth, learning, worshiping, and being in the presence of the Lord and Jesus. It’s a great time, I get to miss a day of school, I get to hang out with friends from church, and I get to learn more about myself and what role I play in the world. It’s one of my favourite times of year. I don’t want to get into the details… so I won’t. :D

on a side note, Talis won the Junior Musician of the year award at my school. Go congratulate her now, cause she doesn’t have a life. I mean that in a good way.
on another side note, Lisa also won the Junior artist award at my school too. Go to her site under my websites page, click paradise. Congratulate her. Go now, you two blog readers :@

Love love,
Tom

P.S. JOYCE LU. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?! :@

I gotta get into the blogging habit.. I think my new goal is to publish something every other day, talk about the highs and lows, make an outlet for myself…

I had an amazing time last night, of course, at a new years eve party. It wasn’t anything extravigant, but the fact that a lot of the people I have a great time around were there, which made it great. It’s kinda descriptive, so I won’t get mad if you skim.
When we first got there, it seemed like the party was going to be dry, as it was me, Kyle Kyle, Sarah, and Scott. KKyle is a pretty excentrick person, but of course, like me, you need to be around certain people before you can have a great time. Everyone else came, and it was still a little dry.. unfortunately. So we decided to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail. That’s some good TV right there. Halfway through the movie we decided to get Ben.. I don’t know why, but we decided to. So out into the rain. Accross the field, dodging puddles left and right, and all of us stepped in atleast one.
So there we are, all seven of us on new years eve in the pouring rain, off to Ben’s house. Turns out Ben wasn’t at home, but at his friend Doug’s. So we decided to go to this guy’s house and tell Ben to come to the party later on. Turns out noone knows what Doug’s house looks like, and Lindsay only knows how to get to his house from the park behind it. Into the mud, we count 4 houses his. Onto the other side (we’re completely drenched now) Jasmine and I go to the door (everyone else was afraid for some reason) and ring the doorbell.

“Um, does Doug live here?”
“No.”
“Oh.. err.. sorry. Happy New Year.”

Next house there was no answer. Third is the charm. We ring the doorbell, and we’re greated by Doug’s dad, inviting us all in. “Head towards the noise” because Ben and Doug were playing their guitars, what a fun way to spend new year’s eve eh? So we go down there and find Ben and Doug, just sitting there playing guitars. We sit down there for 10 minutes as Kawrl played some bass with them (I heard no music, only riffs).. And in around 10 minutes we leave to go into the pouring rain again, back to KKyle’s house. We had a blast outside, we were outside there for an hour and a half. It was the best part of the party.
We get back and finish Monty Python, then went downstairs and played some Super Smash Brothers, which I am second best at, mainly because I run away from everyone and secretly attack them when they least expect it. That’s what happens when you learned playing against Jordan. He’s way too good at playing video games. :/ So we played that until 11:50, where we then watched the count down in Toronto, which I have to say was TERRIBLE. I felt embarassed watching it. Count down, whoo. I find out my noise maker sounds like a dying elephant if you blow into it a certain way. Kawrl gave Sarah a kiss, although I’m pretty sure he missed on his first try.
For the rest of the night we basically played pool and listened to music. I finally found out the name of the Coldplay song I like, Clocks. And um… That’s it. :] It was a good night.

Commenteers, tell me about yours. :D

TTTom

Today I went to Square One with Jasmine to do some Christmas shopping. It was a mild success, as we got the people we wanted to buy presents for, presents. I got my sister’s and dad’s presents, which I won’t share incase they secretly read this blog.
Basically we spent 4 hours there, looking for stuff to get people, also looking at clothes that we so desperately want. We decided to stop looking at stores we like as we might get too tempted. So, in 4 hours I bought 4 things, 2 for my sister and 1 for my dad. I also bought myself the U2&Green Day single, it’s pretty good, although I could of just bought it off of iTunes for cheaper. Wha’eva.
Still gotta get presents for my Mom and possibly my grandparents… with only $23 left. :/
